In traditional therapy, there isn't generally a plan that is designed specifically for you so you have a step-by-step program to follow. Kara's style of mentoring does and she assists you to achieve your desired goals. Kara doesn't believe in just "talking about your problems." She's about getting results as quickly as possible.
When you work with Kara you will have assignments that will get immediate results, moviing you ever closer to your desired goals. Retainer:
If you want ready access to Kara, setting up a retainer is an effective way to reach your goals. Your success will be the focus of all your time working with her. Because of her schedule, and her desire to give you the attention you deserve, she can only have a limited number of clients on retainer at one time.
Hourly:
Occasionally all you require is assistance with something that can be handled in just an hour of one-on-one, efficient work.
2-Day Intensive:
My 2-day intensive is a powerful way to unearth what is keeping you from being able to attract the right man, from stepping into a new level of confidence, or what early conditioning, caused from deep wounds, has kept you from enjoying the kind of relationship you want.
You will join me in Santa Barbara at a beautiful hotel where we can work uninteruppted for several hours at a time. We are together from 9:00 a.m. until at least 9:00 p.m., depending on how the sessions reveal themselves.
You must contact me directly to discuss the possibility of you being able to work within this intense, but deeply effective way. Fees:
